5 Reasons to Drink More Water

Did you know how much water you should be drinking a day?

It’s easy.

Divide your weight by 2 and that’s how many ounces you should be sipping on each day.

So, if you’re a beautiful 140 pound mama, divide that # by 2 and your total ounces to drink each day would equal 70.
