DIY WATER REFRESHERS

Wanna know one simple, affordable and amazing way to jumpstart your health?

DRINK MORE WATER!

Drinking water is a ridiculously cost-effective way to quench thirst, hydrate the body, suppress appetite and flush out toxins. The best part? It’s FREE!

No need to buy those artificial or fakey zero waters, sparkling fruit essence waters or zero calorie drinks.

Did you know soda is the WORST thing for your body when it comes to hydration? It sucks out all the moisture in your body and leaches calcium and other essential minerals. Diet soda’s artificial sweeteners and chemicals do major havoc on your body. Skip the pricey addictive cans and bottles and drink water instead.

Our bodies are made up of 90% water so it shouldn’t surprise you that we need water to sustain our water loving bodies.

But how much should I drink?

Divide your total body weight by 2 and that’s how many ounces you should be gulping daily. So, if you’re a 120 pound rockin’ hot mama, you’ll need to drink 60 ounces of water daily to support your awesome bod. Add more to stay hydrated if you’re a hard-core workout gal.

Here’s 5 reasons why you should drink more waterPlus why I start my morning with a glass of warm lemon water.
