Ooey Gooey Chocolate Brownies

Makes: 6 servings
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: low heat—3 to 3½ hours

Ingredients
¾ cup melted butter, plus additional butter to grease foil
1½ cups sugar or coconut sugar
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour (omit if using all-purpose flour)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
1. In the slow cooker pot, cover the entire bottom and up the sides about 2 inches with a large piece of parchment paper (foil in a pinch). Grease the paper with butter to prevent sticking.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chocolate chips. When just combined, fold in chocolate chips.

3. Pour into slow cooker and smooth out so batter is even on top. Cook on low heat for 3 to 3½ hours, or until the sides are set but the middle is slightly gooey.

4. To serve, scoop brownie into a big bowl and top with your favorite ice cream. Enjoy!
