Special Sneak Peek Recipe Into Our Kickstart Cleanse

We have such a killer thing happening – I’m bursting at the seams to share with you.

But, first I want to share a killer recipe we whipped up especially for our NEW Kickstart Cleanse.

Stressful weeknight dinners are gonna be a thing of the past.

It’s a 10 Day Real Foods Cleanse that’s unlike anything out there. Everything is made in One Pan & has only 7 Ingredients or Less. Aww yeah. ;)

Here’s a quick and easy under 30 minute meal straight outta the Kickstart Cleanse —–>

Da Bomb Stir Fry (aka Fridge CleanOut Stir Fry)

Serves 2
Prep time 10 minutes

Cook time 10 minutes


  • 2 tablespoons EVOO or coconut oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  •  4 cups raw veggies, chopped (broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, kale)
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce (choose organic and non-gmo whenever possible)
  • Salt + fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups leftover protein (chicken or pork work great), shredded
  • 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped


  1. Place oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in onions, carrots and raw veggies of your choice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in a couple of tablespoons of the coconut aminos/ soy sauce. Cook about 3-5 minutes, or until everything is cooked through and flavors have come together.
  3. Add more coconut aminos/soy sauce if it starts to get dry. Taste and add additional seasoning, if needed. Serve in a big bowl with lots of cilantro. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestion: If you’re not a fan of cilantro, use fresh parsley, mint or a combo.
